If you lost your phone, got a new phone, or have another issue with 2-factor authentication (2FA), you can submit a request to reset your 2FA.
To complete your request, we will need you to fill in a brief verification form here: Reset your 2FA(2-Factor Authentication).
In the form you will be asked to:
- Take a selfie while holding the same government ID you used to sign up for the account and,
- A piece of paper to indicate the date of the request.
